SmartSource adopts industry standard email reporting metrics

Email Experience Council S.A.M.E. project provides consistency to email reports.

SmartSource has implemented the email reporting standards defined by the DMA’s S.A.M.E. (Support Adoption of Metrics for Email) project – managed by the Email Evolution Council of the DMA.

Luke Glasner of the EEC welcomed the SmartSource adoption.  “We're pleased SmartSource has chosen to Support Adoption of Metrics for Email!  We hope their example will encourage other cross-channel marketing providers to adopt clear standards to aid their customers in making sense out of cross-channel measurement efforts."
