Since 1994 SmartSource has been providing out-sourced marketing applications services to corporate customers and the partners who serve them. Our initial offerings included specialized fax and voice services. With the growth in e-mail and Internet connectivity, we expanded to include email services and related messaging capabilities delivered as SAAS (Software-As-A-Service) solutions. More recently we have expanded our capabilities to create highly interactive and customized e-marketing applications using email, workflow, on-line surveys, trigger messages and much more. By utilizing web-services interfaces to our systems, we fully integrate our solutions with our clients' existing applications.
Along with a deep understanding of e-marketing automation technologies and systems, we distinguish ourselves in two very important ways:
