SmartSource introduces LeadFlow applications for lead tracking and management.
New capability addresses the need to process, manage and track the status of on-line sales leads.
BURLINGTON, MA – SmartSource announced the release of its new e-marketing services application named LeadFlow. According to Gene Zylkuski, Vice President of Applications Development, LeadFlow is an extremely flexible workflow-based application that is designed to automate the processing of high volumes of sales leads that are generated by on-line lead generation methodologies. “LeadFlow solves the problems of managing very high volumes of leads over a prolonged sales cycle. SmartSource's LeadFlow is built using Microsoft Workflow Foundation technology making it a highly scalable, robust workflow application.”
LeadFlow is designed to handle two key types of lead processing applications. The first type of application collects, screens, scores and validates leads. The goal is to rapidly identify top quality leads and forward them for client-designated processing procedures. The second type of lead processing application tracks individual leads throughout the sales cycle. The tracking process includes sending confirmation messages, sales representative reminders, status changes and other rules-based procedures that emulate the desired lead tracking process.
