With the growth in spam and anti-spam prevention technologies, all email is at risk of being diverted or “black-holed."  SmartSource maintains “white list” relationships with major ISPs.  In addition, we host and manage services that monitor and report on any block lists for IP addresses used by our clients.  We test and report on deliverability to key mailbox addresses for major ISPs.  Our purpose is to make sure that legitimate opt-in email is not inadvertently blocked or otherwise prevented from distribution to recipients.   We work with ISPs and block list services to resolve blockages and to insure that our clients reputations and email practices are compliant with email delivery "best practices".
