Reporting

SmartSource applications capture individual transactions for use in aggregate reports provided by the Reporting application.  Standard reports are provided as summaries of activity data, as a means to export individual transactions and to allow analytics in graphic and tabular formats.  Custom reports may be defined and added to the system to address specific client requirements.

ACTIVITY DATA

SmartSource reporting provides on-line access to real-time  activity for selected broadcasts or triggered messages.  Results can be show by broadcast, by domain, by time segment or by sender.  Tabular and graphic displays are provided.  Advanced filters may be used to further segment the results.

DETAILS DATA

In addition to summarized activity data, all transactions are available in a detailed form.  In most cases detailed data are used to export files for use in other systems either for analytic or update purposes.

Details are available for Bounces, Opens, Clicks/Tracks and Opt-outs.

SCHEDULING

Reports may be automated to be run and delivered on a pre-determined schedule.  Schedules can be “one-time” or repeat on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as desired.

EXPORTS

All reporting data may be exported for use by other applications.  Summary report export formats are CSV (Excel), XML,  PDF, TIFF and Web Archive.  Details reports may be scheduled for export as CSV or PDF files.
