• Load, performance, and functionality testing of new products/product features as well as regression testing of existing functionality
• Onboarding and engagement management of all additional testers whether new hires, or project-based internal resources through the testing matrix
• Engagement with all internal departments contributing expertise or resources to performance testing, load testing, and application monitoring
• All tiers of testing: manual, automated, front-end, back-end
• Development and execution of test plans and test cases
• Reporting bugs and tracking status through resolution
• Provide leadership in the area of testing activities
• Document and communicate standards and procedures to quality control and end users
• Work closely with engineering, product management, customer support and other functions to identify and resolve issues, and to identify and implement new quality control processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Five (5) or more year experience in testing web based software applications
• Management experience, or experience as team or functional lead
• Experience working in a multi-location/offshore environment
• Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and a creative thinker
• Self-motivated and intellectually curious
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt and execute in a dynamic environment, adjusting appropriately to changes to business, resource or product priorities
• End-to-end experience testing .NET based dynamic web applications developed using.
• Both small and large project experience
• Solid understanding of multi-tier application architectures, software design, development, and SQA methodologies and practices
• Experience with all tiers of testing; manual, automated, front-end, back-end
• Experience with development and execution of test plans and test cases, reporting bugs and tracking status through resolution
