Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team in Burlington, MA.  We offer a small team environment and the excitement of an entrepreneurial business with an attractive compensation and benefits package. 

Essential Responsibilities:

·        Participate in design and review meetings and documents

·         Business Analysis of the client requirements

·         Write up detailed requirements for development

·         Develop and unit test approved functionality

·         Review software functionality to ensure software matches Functional and Technical Design Specifications

Primary Requirements: 

• Minimum 7+ year’s experience

• Porting and rewriting code

• Experience with SOA, OOP, Web services, MS-SQL 2005, .NET, VB.NET, Asp.net

• Experience in analyzing/researching alternative solutions (benefits, costs, risks and opportunities) and developing/implementing recommendations based on this analysis and research

• Experience in assessing change impacts and the development of task estimates

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience in software specification development

• Experience managing offshore development teams a plus

• Able to be flexible and work under pressure of deadlines

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

• Must be highly organized

• Permanent U.S. residency or U.S. citizenship
